Safety & Quality Control management system

The company's quality management system includes: quality manual, procedure documents, quality plan and quality records. The quality manual is the specification of the quality management system. It is a document that clarifies quality policy, quality system and quality practices of Ningbo Rund company. Its contents include: the enterprise's quality policy and quality objectives; organizational structure and quality responsibilities; basic control procedures or system elements for various quality activities; quality review, modification, and control management methods. Quality plan is a document of special quality measures and activity sequence developed for a specific project, product, process or contract under the guidance of procedure documents in order to ensure the effective operation and control of the process.

Quality system standard

1. Formulation of standards

The company has set up strict standards for every detail of the products, including the material, processing size, quantity, color and other specific parameters, and produces the products strictly according to the drawings, from laser cutting to folding, sanding, welding and assembling, all of which are produced according to the standardized requirements.

2. Product protection

Workshop managers should rationalize the construction process to ensure the smooth flow of the dry assembly line to avoid duplication of labor. Before and after the process should do a good job of handover between the work, and make a good record. If the construction of the next process may affect the finished products (semi-finished products) of the previous process, it should be negotiated with the operators and managers of the previous process, and only after reaching a consensus can it enter the construction of the next process. Avoid damage and pollution, otherwise the damage caused by the next process operators and managers are responsible for.

3. Product quality tracking records

In order to maintain the traceability of the realization process of engineering products, in accordance with the company's standards.
Each department should do a good job of product quality records. All kinds of on-site operation records, material test records, quality inspection records, etc. are kept by the responsible person in the workshop, and finally handed over to the data clerk for unified filing and preservation. In particular, all kinds of process interfaces should be handled in detail to record the situation and clarify the responsibilities of all parties.

4. Assembly Inspection

In order to ensure product quality, the quality department of the company set up product assembly inspection system, inspection team leader according to the technical drawings and assembly drawings, process requirements for the assembly of semi-finished products for quality, performance, functionality and other inspections, and make a good record. For unqualified products for rectification and repair, cannot be repaired parts directly to go through the scrapping process, and finally handed over to the data clerk unified archiving and preservation.

5. Factory inspection

The quality department of the company for the factory products in line with the industry design standards, inspection standards for acceptance of the terms. Organize designers, project managers, electrical programmers and assembly inspectors to check the product appearance, performance, safety marking, electrical standards, procedures and so on one by one, and make records.

6. Service and training

During the installation period, we take the initiative to do all the service work and provide skill training to the customers. After the installation and commissioning, If customers have service needs, we will respond to the service within 24 hours and arrive at the site within 48 hours.
